The idea of a moleskine is appealing to me. I am trying desperately hard to make some improvements in my life. I shall consider a notebook an excellent first step to consider in my endeavor toward more organization.

Re: black friday links

@Guinness416: Pest! :) No, that's a good catch - I added an underline to it so it should be a bit easier to catch. It was the "visited" URLs that were shaded, but the shading doesn't show up well on the comments on with the dark background. Hopefully that underline is good enough for now. I'll tinker with it a bit more after I get Little Buddy in bed...

Re: black friday links

Thanks for the shout out!

I spent Black Friday sleeping and watching tv...so depressing! Especially when I talked to my sisters while they were shopping!

Re: black friday links

Hmm. Hate to be a pest, but it seems hyperlinks are barely visible in the comments boxes as published. Any chance you could tweak that?

Re: black friday links

Jets loyalty is indeed "intriguing"! Well done for the yahoo link, richly deserved of course. I keep meaning to pick up the Brazen Careerist book. I have a couple of moleskines too, despite my aversion to the GTD- hipster PDA-lifehacking thang, and they certainly are very nice. I've used them as workout logs for a couple of years now. There is, believe it or not, a blog devoted to expensive notebook fetishism. Reading that will disabuse you of the notion that you have the sickness!

Re: black friday links

I second Pinyo's congrats on getting featured by Penelope. Having left Jersey last Spring for Sedona, Arizona my husband and I still find ourselves believing in a new, great season for the Jets. Some things never die, I guess.

I'll be back to read some more; I enjoy your style!

Re: black friday links

Brip Blap, congratulation, that's huge that Penelope featured your blog in one of her article. And thank you for highlighting the Carnival of Personal Finance.
