It's interesting that many people will say they don't like change or they are afraid of change.  A woman I worked with at the firm had been there for 25 years, sitting in the same seat!  I asked her how she could do that.  She said she doesn't like change.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I believe that change is going to happen with or without us. It's one thing we can always count on.
