  • Good show! There are many worse things they could do with their time, even if they are on the clock. And if they turn around the day for one person, it's an enormous payback on the effort.

  • There was a lady by our metro station who always told me to have a great day. She also gave out the free DC paper. But at some point she disappeared...I don't know why. I miss that.
  • there's no extant photos of the Christopher St. PATH station because it's such a dank, depressing, smelly life-suck that those who attempt it disappear in a sulphurous green cloud of stank and despair. at least someone's trying to cheer up the place!

    all PATH/subway stations are a freaking horror in high summer, esp. the latter.
  • @42: Isn't that overstating it a wee bit? It's not exactly Mordor, is it? I mean, it gets a bit humid and stuffy but it's tolerable in the grand scheme of things, methinks...
